Field Sales Representative

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote its mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship services across schools, families and community organisations in Accra and the surrounding region. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating interest, driving enrolments and building lasting relationships with key educational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Visit schools, community centres and partner locations to deliver presentations and information sessions.
• Identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contacts and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with program and marketing teams to align field activities with campaign objectives.
• Represent Enlace at fairs, events and community engagements, providing feedback to improve services.

Required profile

• Strong sales, outreach and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for individual and group settings.
• Organisational and time‑management competence to plan visits and manage territories.
• Interest or knowledge in education services, student development or community programmes.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra and travel within the assigned area.
