Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to drive sales across Accra and the Tema region. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and meeting sales targets within the advertising, media and communications sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales using various customer sales techniques and forecast sales.
• Attract new clients by devising innovative strategies and sales processes.
• Evaluate client needs, build long‑lasting relationships and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with other sales reps to share best practices and research accounts.
• Attend sales events, meetings and training to stay updated on market developments.
• Provide feedback to senior management using statistics and maintain the client database.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field (high school diploma with relevant experience also considered).
• Proven field sales experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
