Field Sales Representative (On‑site, Accra)

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Accra, promoting YENIQUE PRIX ENTERPRISE’s virtual marketplace and its fundraiser cupcake line. You will meet prospective and existing customers, showcase the value of our services and products, and close sales while supporting the company’s mission to empower women‑led businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets, partners and community locations to present marketplace services and cupcake products.
• Demonstrate product benefits, answer questions and negotiate sales agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and gather market feedback.
• Report daily activities, leads and performance metrics to the sales lead or management.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to support local campaigns and events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Clear, confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in the field.
• Interest in supporting women‑led businesses and social impact initiatives.
• High school diploma; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, merchandising or customer service in Accra or similar markets is advantageous.
