Field Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Field Sales Supervisor will lead a team of field agents to drive daily customer sign‑ups and meet performance targets. This role combines hands‑on field work with reporting responsibilities, ensuring the company’s brand is represented professionally across all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate a team of field agents.
• Ensure daily customer sign‑up and performance targets are achieved.
• Monitor, track and verify field agents’ performance.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
• Represent the company’s brand professionally during field activities.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges encountered in the field.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Provide coaching and support to improve agents’ productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 25 years.
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in sales, field operations or team leadership is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Own and be able to use a smartphone for reporting and communication.
• Knowledge of Ghana’s beauty industry is an added advantage.
