Finance, IS and Administration Manager

About the role

The Finance, IS and Administration Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations, information systems, and administrative functions. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supports strategic decision‑making for a growing agricultural business.

Key responsibilities

• Control payments, match them to invoices, chase overdue amounts and reconcile statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records in the books and the custom‑built web application.
• Conduct internal audit spot checks and ensure compliance with GRA and other regulations.
• Collaborate with the office administrator to keep HR and administrative data up to date.
• Produce regular financial monitoring reports and alert management to issues.
• Provide financial insight for business strategy and planning.

Required profile

• Qualified chartered accountant.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a finance manager, preferably in an SME.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with a team‑player mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure company‑wide financial compliance.
• Flexibility to handle a wide range of responsibilities and grow with the company.
