About the role
We are seeking a practical, hands‑on Finance Manager to independently manage the full accounting cycle, ensure tax compliance, and support external audits for our organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the books, reconcile accounts, close month‑end and prepare financial statements.
- Handle tax compliance with GRA (PAYE, VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax) and coordinate audit schedules.
- Explain financial results to management and support decision‑making.
Required profile
- 5–10+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably as Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant or Finance Manager.
- ICAG qualified or completed all ICAG professional examinations; full ICAG membership strongly preferred.
- Proven experience with full‑set accounting, month‑end and year‑end closing, and direct interaction with external auditors.
Required skills
- Strong Excel proficiency.
- Practical experience using accounting or ERP systems.
