About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Dansoman, Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization and ensuring compliance with professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and ICA/ACCA standards.
- Manage cash flow, treasury activities and banking relationships.
- Lead, mentor and supervise the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Required profile
- ICA or ACCA professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance management or similar role.
