Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of Adehyeman Savings and Loans Limited, ensuring accurate accounting, regulatory compliance, and insightful reporting. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic decisions through robust financial analysis and management of statutory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily expenses and general ledgers to maintain accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly management and financial performance reports, comparing actual results with budgets.
• Handle corporate tax matters and post payroll journals.
• Submit monthly and quarterly statutory reports to the Bank of Ghana and other regulators.
• Oversee bank reconciliations for all company accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage fixed assets, maintain schedules, and calculate depreciation.
• Prepare year‑end financial statements for external audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Qualified member of ACCA, ICA, or CIMA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Ghanaian regulatory requirements.
