Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance and accounting function for Casa City Limited, overseeing daily operations, financial reporting, and strategic funding initiatives. This senior position requires a proactive leader who can drive financial performance and ensure compliance across all projects in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting activities, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors and funding partners, and lead project finance structuring and funding arrangements.
• Identify and coordinate local and international financing opportunities, handling debt and equity transactions and related documentation.
• Conduct financial analysis, business case evaluations and feasibility studies for new projects and investments.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely implementation of recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, statutory obligations and reporting standards.
• Monitor expenditures, profitability and overall financial performance, delivering timely management reports.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies and reporting systems, and support budgeting, forecasting and decision‑making.
• Supervise finance staff, providing guidance to ensure effective execution of finance functions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 6 years of finance experience.
• Proven experience in managing finance functions within the construction industry or similar sectors.
• Strong track record in project financing, debt and equity transactions, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.
