About the role
The Finance Manager will oversee all accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, IFRS, and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Approve payments, reimbursements, payroll and verify invoices/receipts for policy and IFRS compliance.
- Record accounting entries, manage vouchers, process bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Lead month‑end closing and prepare financial statements and reports.
- Handle local tax compliance, including CIT, VAT, withholding, payroll tax and social security filings.
- Support internal and external audits and other compliance matters.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented with strong compliance awareness and cross‑departmental collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in tax audits, disputes and, optionally, tax appeal or litigation.
Required skills
- ERP systems (Kingdee, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Local tax filing systems.
- Knowledge of IFRS and preparation of core financial statements.
