Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports the Consumer Business Unit (CBU) by deploying high‑quality performance standards, monitoring them across the region, and streamlining business‑service processes to achieve optimized costs and superior results.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CBU in implementing and monitoring performance standards.
• Ensure continuous improvement and activation of business‑service processes.
• Deliver high‑quality financial performance while controlling costs.
• Gather, evaluate, present, and report financial information to management and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred but not required).
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis within a multinational environment.
• Proactive, hands‑on professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management ability to handle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
• Proven decision‑making capability in complex, time‑sensitive situations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling, macros).
• Data analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle) and finance automation tools for reporting and forecasting.
