Fixed Assets Project Support – Finance (3‑month contract)

About the role

Helios Towers is seeking a Fixed Assets Project Support professional to assist the Finance team with the Physical Asset Verification Project. Based in Accra, you will help keep the Fixed Asset Register accurate by reconciling field reports with existing records and ensuring proper site allocation of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the Fixed Asset Register throughout the verification project.
• Reconcile field reports with the register, identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure assets transferred between locations are recorded under the correct site.
• Collaborate with Project, Operations and Finance teams to support accurate asset reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for fixed‑asset management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Part‑qualified or fully qualified accountant with a recognized accounting body.
• Background in finance and accounting, with understanding of fixed‑asset reconciliation.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt within a project environment.
