Forensic Auditing Manager

About the role

The Forensic Auditing Manager is the primary guardian of corporate integrity across all operational entities in Ghana. This role focuses on proactive detection, investigation, and prevention of fraudulent activities within the organization, ensuring assets are protected and ethical standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end anti‑fraud strategy and zero‑tolerance initiatives across all business entities.
• Conduct deep‑dive internal investigations into suspected financial irregularities, embezzlement, or procurement fraud.
• Perform regular stress tests on high‑risk departments such as Logistics and Finance to identify and close control gaps.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, and IT teams during complex investigative procedures.
• Prepare factual incident reports for senior leadership and implement post‑mortem process corrections.
• Oversee professional collection of digital and physical evidence, ensuring strict chain‑of‑custody compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
• Minimum 3 + years of relevant professional or managerial experience, preferably in internal audit.
• Demonstrated experience in anti‑fraud work is highly desirable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interviewing and reporting.
• Strong ability to collaborate across entities and synchronize audit efforts.
