About the role
The family in Accra is looking for a dedicated full-time nanny to provide safe, nurturing care for their children. You will work on-site, supporting daily routines and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise children’s activities, ensuring safety at all times.
- Assist with feeding, prepare simple healthy meals and snacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized child-friendly space.
- Support daily routines such as playtime, homework, and bedtime.
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Communicate daily updates to parents and follow household guidelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in nanny, babysitting or childcare roles.
- Patience, empathy and positive behavior management.
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to keep consistent schedules.
- Good communication skills for coordination with parents.
- Willingness to undergo reference checks and background screening.
Required skills
- Basic cooking skills for preparing simple, healthy meals.
- Understanding of early childhood development principles.
