Full-time SAT Tutor – Onsite in Accra

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a full‑time SAT Tutor to join its Accra office. You will deliver high‑quality SAT instruction to small groups and individual learners, helping them improve their test scores and prepare for university admission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans covering Math and Evidence‑Based Reading and Writing.
• Teach scheduled classes and conduct one‑on‑one tutoring sessions.
• Assign, grade, and review practice tests, providing targeted feedback.
• Track student progress and report results to families and the Enlace team.
• Collaborate with mentorship and scholarship programs to align tutoring support.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SAT content (Math, Reading, Writing) and test‑taking strategies.
• Minimum one year experience as a GRE or SAT tutor.
• Demonstrated teaching or tutoring experience with secondary‑school or test‑prep students.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, English or a related field.
• Advanced SAT or comparable exam scores are a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Accra, punctual and professional.
• Experience supporting first‑generation or underserved students is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools for practice tests, reporting and instructional materials.
