About the role

Stay Out Help is seeking a dedicated full‑time nanny to join a family in the Accra & Tema region. The role involves providing attentive, age‑appropriate care in a safe, nurturing home environment while supporting the children’s daily routines and development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and ensure children’s safety at all times.
• Plan and lead educational and recreational activities that promote learning and social skills.
• Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks following any dietary guidelines.
• Assist with basic hygiene, diaper changes, and bedtime routines.
• Maintain a clean, organized play and learning area.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s day, needs, and progress.

Required profile

• Patience, empathy, and clear communication with children and adults.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow family instructions.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge or certification.
• Minimum high school diploma; childcare training is a plus.
