Full‑time Residential Housekeeper – Ghana

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ghana and focuses on keeping a residential property clean, organized, and welcoming for its occupants and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas daily.
• Manage laundry cycles, ironing, and proper storage of linens and clothing.
• Organize household items, maintain tidy storage spaces and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist occasionally with serving guests and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Communicate needs, schedules and any issues to household members and supervisors.

Required profile

• Proven ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and courteous customer‑service attitude.
• Experience following cleaning standards, safety procedures and household routines.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions and manage time.
• Basic knowledge of safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
