About the role
The General Accountant will maintain the resort’s overall financial health by managing accounting records, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management in strategic decision‑making. This position is central to transparency, accountability and efficiency in the resort’s financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update all accounting records to reflect the resort’s financial activities.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
- Assist senior management with data‑driven strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Professional certification such as ICA Ghana, ACCA or CPA is an advantage.
