General Manager (CEO Designate)

About the role

The General Manager (CEO Designate) will lead the company’s strategic direction, own the profit and loss, and drive growth across fintech, payments and related financial services. Reporting to the Board, this executive will shape market expansion, regulatory relationships and operational excellence while building a high‑performing leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute board‑approved strategy, taking full P&L ownership.
• Lead revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention and new product commercialization.
• Ensure compliance with Act 1154, AML/KYC/CTF frameworks and manage enterprise risk.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, liquidity management and audit reporting.
• Build and mentor the executive leadership team, implement performance management and succession planning.
• Prepare board reports, execute resolutions, manage investors and represent the company externally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership with at least 5 years of executive management experience.
• Proven track record in fintech, banking, payments, crypto or financial services.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and ability to drive profitable growth.
