Global Multi-Country Programme Manager (12‑Month Fixed‑Term, Remote)

About the role

The Global Multi‑Country Programme Manager will coordinate and scale Generation’s delivery across several satellite markets in West and East Africa, initially focusing on Nigeria, Kenya and Ethiopia. This 12‑month fixed‑term, fully remote position is responsible for designing multi‑country programmes, overseeing in‑country coordination and solving cross‑border operational challenges while ensuring the Generation methodology is applied consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑country cohorts, maintaining quality standards and methodological fidelity.
• Develop and manage the multi‑country programme calendar, aligning timelines across all satellite markets.
• Lead local partnership development and manage relationships with Training Service Partners (TSPs).
• Ensure safeguarding compliance and represent Generation in each in‑country operation.
• Navigate operational complexities of remote learner mobilisation, localized infrastructure support and distributed job‑placement pipelines.
• Provide cross‑border problem‑solving and support to remote teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating large‑scale, multi‑country programmes, preferably in the education or workforce development sector.
• Strong ability to manage remote teams and build systems that operate across diverse markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including partnership development and compliance oversight.
• Demonstrated capacity to work under tight timelines and deliver high‑impact results.
