GRE Tutor – Full‑time Test Preparation Instructor

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a dedicated GRE Tutor to join its Accra office. The tutor will provide structured, on‑site preparation for the Graduate Record Examination, helping students improve their quantitative, verbal, and analytical writing scores.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans for group classes and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Administer practice tests, assess performance, and give targeted feedback.
• Track student progress and prepare regular reports for families and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to align tutoring with broader mentorship initiatives.
• Develop or adapt learning resources and support related academic events.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of GRE content areas, especially quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning, and analytical writing.
• Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or classroom instruction, preferably in standardized‑test preparation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple students and schedules.
