Group General Manager

About the role

The Group General Manager will lead multiple Smile Restore Dental Clinics in Accra and Tema, ensuring efficient daily operations and high‑quality patient care. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving growth, maintaining compliance, and enhancing overall clinic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all dental clinics within the group.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets, financial results, and cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
• Design initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Collaborate with individual clinic managers to align with organisational goals.
• Support strategic business decisions and expansion plans.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and clinical standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven managerial or operational experience, preferably in healthcare or a service‑focused industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
