Growth & Content Associate (NSS Personnel)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive National Service Personnel to own our brand voice and drive client outreach for PentaTech Axis. The role blends content creation, B2B lead generation, and community management within a fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short‑form videos, LinkedIn posts, case studies and product breakdowns that showcase our software solutions.
• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone, and schedule discovery calls.
• Manage PentaTech’s social channels, participate in industry discussions and grow an active online audience.
• Collaborate with the technical team to translate complex features into clear value propositions for business owners.

Required profile

• Eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service Scheme cycle in Ghana.
• Comfortable creating on‑camera short‑form videos and writing persuasive copy.
• Confident reaching out to founders, managers and business owners.
• Strong interest in technology, web platforms and digital tools.

Required skills

• Basic design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Proficiency with outreach platforms like LinkedIn and Gmail.
