Growth & Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Growth & Partnerships Manager will drive Eco‑Me Africa’s strategic expansion by building high‑impact partnerships and leading sales initiatives across B2B, B2G, NGO and retail channels. This role combines business development, marketing, and fundraising to increase revenue and social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure partnership opportunities with NGOs, corporates, government bodies, schools, healthcare facilities and development partners.
• Represent Eco‑Me Africa at networking events and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate and supervise the sales team, monitor performance against targets and prepare sales forecasts.
• Lead marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility and conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support fundraising by identifying grant and sponsorship opportunities and preparing proposals.
• Prepare monthly growth, partnership, marketing and sales reports and assist in annual planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales coordination, marketing or fundraising.
• Strong communication, presentation and proposal‑writing abilities.
• Experience in NGOs, social enterprises, manufacturing, healthcare or impact‑driven organisations is preferred.
