About the role
Wusu is Africa’s first regulated prediction exchange, building its business on a strong compliance foundation. We are seeking a Head of Compliance to lead our regulatory strategy as we expand across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, including the Ghana Gaming Commission and the Bank of Ghana.
- Lead compliance initiatives in new markets, coordinating with equivalent bodies.
- Report directly to the CEO on compliance matters and risk assessments.
- Design, implement, and manage compliance programmes from the ground up.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer or compliance professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Deep knowledge of Ghana Gaming Commission regulations.
- Familiarity with Bank of Ghana AML/KYC requirements.
- Experience handling multi‑jurisdiction financial services or gaming licensing.
