About the role

The Head of Growth will lead the development and execution of growth strategies for The Smile Restore Dental Clinics in Accra. This senior, full‑time position focuses on driving customer acquisition, revenue generation, and the overall expansion of the clinic network.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data‑driven growth strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across marketing, sales and operations.
• Optimize the customer journey and improve retention through targeted initiatives.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships that support clinic expansion.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating with marketing, sales and operations to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in growth marketing, growth hacking and customer acquisition.
• Strong background in sales and business development with a track record of securing new opportunities.
• Experience creating data‑driven strategies and using metrics to optimize growth and retention.
• Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental sector is advantageous.
