Head of Human Resources and Administration

About the role

The Head of Human Resources and Administration will lead transformational HR programmes and implement Kasapreko PLC’s people strategy. The role focuses on resourcing, learning, talent and reward management, while fostering a high‑performance, diverse, inclusive and sustainable workplace that positions the company as an Employer of Choice.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and implement policies for recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and benefits to attract, retain and motivate staff.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, frameworks and administrative procedures that build trust and enable line managers to manage their teams effectively.
• Maintain cordial management‑union relations, provide counsel on employee matters, and support industrial peace and productivity.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, conduct surveys, analyse results and advise senior management.
• Design bargaining strategies, analyse collective agreements and guide negotiations.
• Identify and develop high‑potential employees for continuity in key management positions.
• Liaise with the company’s legal advisor on employee‑related legal matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Social Sciences (or equivalent) with at least 10 years HR experience, or an MBA with 5 years HR experience.
• Senior management experience within the last 5 years.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SPHRi, SHRM‑SCP, CIPD, CHRMP) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with HR software such as SAGE 300 People and SAP.
