About the role
The reputable private healthcare facility is seeking a Health Service Administrator (HSA) to lead and coordinate its health service operations.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration or Healthcare Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations and service delivery management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- Residence within Korlebu, Accra, Circle, Kaneshie, Dansoman Accra Central or nearby communities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
