Home Care Provider – Full‑time

About the role

Stay Out Help is seeking a compassionate Home Care Provider to work full‑time on‑site in Accra. You will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and comfort through personalized daily assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor clients’ well‑being, note any changes, and report to supervisors or family members.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in suitable activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with families and other care professionals to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Strong caregiving and home‑care skills, including personal and elder‑care experience.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build trust with clients and families.
• Reliability, patience, and a compassionate approach to diverse client needs.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a home environment.
• Ability to follow care plans, maintain simple documentation, and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Prior experience in home care or related caregiving roles is beneficial.
• A relevant training certificate in caregiving or a health‑related field is an advantage.
