Horticulturist for Recreational Park

About the role

The leading hospitality group is looking for an experienced horticulturist to oversee the newly expanded recreational park in Aburi. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the entire centre, ensuring that all green spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all horticultural activities within the recreation centre.
• Plan, implement, and monitor cultivation programmes for flowers, plants, shrubs and trees.
• Maintain health and aesthetic quality of all landscaped areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to support events and visitor experiences.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Horticulture from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in flower, plant, shrub and tree cultivation and maintenance.
• Age between 40 and 45 years.
• Professional and proactive attitude with strong leadership abilities.
