Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure that all public and residential areas of the property are kept immaculate, hygienic and welcoming for guests and staff. This full‑time, hands‑on position requires a strong eye for detail and a disciplined work ethic to maintain the high standards expected in a premium hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean lobby, reception, corridors, and common areas daily, including gyms, pools and lounges.
• Maintain assigned residential units, ensuring they remain tidy throughout the day.
• Follow company cleaning procedures, eliminating visible dirt, dust, stains and odors.
• Pay special attention to glass surfaces, corners, edges and high‑touch points such as handles, switches and railings.
• Report any damage, defects or maintenance issues observed during cleaning.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly, avoid waste and keep tools in good condition.
• Store cleaning materials safely after use and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel, residential or commercial housekeeping.
• Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and maintain punctuality.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
