About the role
The HR and Admin Officer will act as the backbone of daily operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting staff, and maintaining accurate HR processes. This role combines recruitment support, employee record management, and general office administration in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling and preparation of documentation.
- Coordinate pre‑boarding and onboarding activities following the company checklist.
- Maintain up‑to‑date employee files, ensuring confidentiality and controlled access.
- Update HR databases, registers and trackers; monitor probation periods and performance reviews.
- Serve as first point of contact for staff queries and assist with grievance and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain leave, sick and attendance records in line with company policies.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, manage supplies, equipment and stationery.
- Handle official correspondence, maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Support procurement by gathering quotations, preparing requisition forms and verifying deliveries.
- Coordinate drivers, errands, deliveries and track company assets.
- Schedule internal meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 month of relevant HR or administrative experience.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
