HRBP Manager

About the role

The HRBP Manager will act as a strategic human‑resources partner for the plant’s management team, supporting production, supply chain, quality, warehouse, engineering and other functions. This senior‑level role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
• Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition to ensure the right headcount and skills for production needs.
• Manage employee and labor relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and compliance with Ghana labour law.
• Drive performance management processes, KPI setting, reviews and performance improvement plans.
• Support compensation and benefits design, salary reviews, market benchmarking and incentive programs.
• Identify training needs, coordinate onboarding, technical and leadership development, and succession planning.
• Promote employee engagement, culture initiatives and organizational development across the plant.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with at least 8 years of experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to advise senior management on workforce planning, talent management and employee relations.
