About the role

Join Digital Nexus AI as a Human Resources Intern and gain hands‑on exposure to core HR functions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

End‑to‑end recruitment process
Induction and orientation programs for new hires
Planning and executing employee engagement activities
Resourcing and talent management support
Learning and development‑related tasks

Required profile

Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Basic knowledge or interest in Human Resources
Willingness to learn and take initiative
