Ice Skating Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Ice Skating Instructor to join our team at the Atlantic Mall facility in Accra. You will teach guests of all ages and skill levels, from first‑time skaters to advanced enthusiasts, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience on the ice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver group and individual skating lessons.
• Demonstrate proper skating techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor the rink for hazards and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist guests with skates and protective equipment.
• Support overall rink operations and maintenance as needed.
• Engage warmly with visitors, answer questions, and promote a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong personal skating ability with solid figure‑skating fundamentals.
• Experience in teaching or coaching sports/recreational activities is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise groups safely and respond calmly to incidents.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge or certification is advantageous.
