Influencer & Creator Partnerships Lead

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Influencer & Creator Partnerships Lead to build and scale our influencer marketing offering into a high‑performing revenue stream. Reporting to the General Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end influencer strategy, commercial performance and creator ecosystem for the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the influencer marketing revenue stream, setting and achieving annual and quarterly targets.
• Develop, price and sell influencer‑led products such as campaigns, retainers, ambassador programmes and content licensing.
• Lead end‑to‑end influencer strategy for client accounts, translating brand objectives into creator‑focused campaigns and tracking KPIs.
• Build and maintain a diverse network of top‑tier, mid‑tier and emerging creators, negotiating rates and contracts.
• Design and enforce operational workflows for briefing, contracting, approvals, delivery and reporting.
• Collaborate with account, traffic and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and profitability.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, present performance reports and derive actionable insights from data.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level professional with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in influencer or creator marketing, including revenue generation and P&L accountability.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with creators across multiple categories.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
