Information Specialist – IT Operations & Monitoring

About the role

The Information Specialist will ensure smooth daily operations of the Ghana branch, handling equipment inspection, routine maintenance, and the rollout of hardware and network monitoring projects at the Accra Industrial Park. This role supports the IT infrastructure and contributes to overall service reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operation and maintenance of the Ghana branch, including equipment inspection and routine upkeep.
• Implement hardware and network monitoring projects at the Accra Industrial Park site.
• Install, configure, and maintain PC operating systems and standard office software.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the department.

Required profile

• Proficient in English communication, documentation, and report writing.
• Diploma or higher qualification required; a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic networking principles.
