Instructional Designer – Learning & Curriculum Development

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a full‑time Instructional Designer to join its Accra office. The role focuses on creating and refining learning experiences for mentorship programs, workshops, and experiential activities that empower students and support their academic and career journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify learner requirements and inform curriculum design.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials aligned with program objectives.
• Create digital and in‑person training resources, selecting appropriate instructional methods and technologies.
• Organize content within learning management or delivery systems and maintain up‑to‑date repositories.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, gather feedback from learners and mentors, and recommend improvements to boost engagement and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Studies, Educational Technology, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Experience designing learning content for youth‑focused programs, preferably in the education services or nonprofit sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on‑site environment.
