Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Auditor to provide independent financial oversight for Nami Beauty. You will monitor and reconcile financial activity across all branches, ensuring compliance with SOPs and highlighting any discrepancies for the Founder and Finance Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily inflows and outflows across all locations.
• Perform regular internal audits of cash, payroll, vendor payments, and petty cash.
• Conduct spot checks to verify compliance with financial policies and SOPs.
• Track unresolved discrepancies and follow up until they are resolved.
• Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports that highlight risks, errors, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Finance Lead to ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Recommend process improvements to prevent leakage or errors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, be trustworthy, and assertively flag discrepancies.
• Clear communication skills with finance, operations, and senior leadership.
