International Consultant – Training on Communication & Presentation Skills

About the role

UNICEF Ghana seeks an International Consultant to design and deliver a seven‑day, home‑based training programme on effective communication and presentation skills for its staff. The consultancy aims to strengthen participants’ ability to craft audience‑tailored messages that support internal communication and resource mobilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a customised training curriculum covering written, visual and verbal communication techniques.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions for UNICEF staff, both remotely and, if required, on‑site in Accra.
• Create training materials, templates and visual aids to support learning outcomes.
• Coach participants in developing and delivering audience‑specific pitches.
• Assess participant progress, provide feedback and produce a final report with recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering adult‑learning and communication training for international organisations.
• Strong knowledge of evidence‑based communication and presentation methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with UNICEF Ghana.
• Excellent command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
