International Sales Manager

About the role

Esoko is seeking an International Sales Manager to lead its sales operations across Ghana and the wider region. The role involves building relationships with government agencies, NGOs, development partners, farmer organisations and multinational corporations to promote Esoko’s digital agriculture solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting key markets, value propositions and activities.
• Identify and sell solutions to development partners, NGOs, government agencies, mobile network operators and businesses globally.
• Lead the sales team, organise planning meetings and manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales work plans.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, respond to tenders and write proposals and supporting literature.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge of the Esoko platform and consulting services.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with partners, communications and reseller teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8‑10 years proven business development experience achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, sales management and people‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages (Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish) a plus.
