Internet Cafe Manager/Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internet Cafe Manager/Attendant to oversee daily operations at our Madina location. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience while using our computers and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the internet café, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers with internet access, printing, scanning, and other on‑site services.
• Provide basic technical support, such as software installation, troubleshooting, and minor hardware repairs.
• Maintain computer systems, keep software up‑to‑date, and ensure network connectivity.
• Handle simple graphic‑design tasks using tools like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
• Keep the café clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Report major technical issues to senior management promptly.

Required profile

• Senior High School Certificate, Diploma, or higher (IT‑related qualification preferred).
• Strong interest or background in information technology.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Reliable, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Graphic‑design tools: Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva.
• Computer hardware repair basics.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Networking and internet setup.
• Software installation and basic troubleshooting.
