Junior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our multidisciplinary team in Accra. You will support senior architects in delivering high‑quality design solutions for a variety of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Create detailed drawings, construction documents, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools.
• Draft schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, and construction details.
• Research building materials, construction methods, and local building regulations.
• Support project planning and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings and help prepare project presentations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify compliance with approved drawings.
• Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Assist in preparing project reports, specifications, and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Familiarity with Ghanaian building regulations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
