Junior Key Account Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

Jumia Group, a leading pan‑African e‑commerce platform, is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join its Ghana team. The role focuses on expanding and managing a high‑volume portfolio of mid‑tier and emerging sellers, helping to increase product variety and drive revenue on the Jumia marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and grow a large portfolio of long‑tail sellers to expand product assortment and inventory depth.
• Maintain high content standards, competitive pricing and reliable stock availability across thousands of SKUs.
• Monitor operational metrics such as fulfillment rates, out‑of‑stock percentages and daily revenue contributions.
• Use self‑service tools, automated workflows and standardized communication to manage accounts efficiently.
• Mobilise vendor participation in major sales events like Black Friday, Tech Week and Jumia Anniversary Sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce or marketplace account management, preferably handling high‑volume vendor portfolios.
• Strong analytical abilities to track fulfillment performance, sales trends and catalog health.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to motivate sellers and secure event participation.
