Junior Sales & Operations Manager – Accra

About the role

Nordcap Group is seeking a proactive Junior Sales & Operations Manager to lead its activities in Accra. The role combines sales growth, product sourcing and import/export oversight to support the company’s expansion in the dental, beauty and FMCG markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth.
• Continuously search for high‑demand products with strong profit margins.
• Oversee import/export processes, including logistics and customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, product registration, and certification.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Support senior management with additional operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ghana citizenship and residence in Accra.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or operations (experience in Dental, Beauty, or FMCG is a strong advantage).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, result‑oriented, ambitious with a hands‑on leadership style.
