Junior Travel Manager

About the role

Enroute54 Africa Travel is seeking a customer‑focused Junior Travel Manager to join its travel & operations team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them design and book memorable journeys across Africa while ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Research, design and propose itineraries, including flights, accommodation, activities and concierge services.
• Support logistical planning and execution of confirmed trips, coordinating with vendors and ground‑service partners.
• Maintain accurate client records and keep vendor/product catalogues up to date.
• Assist the marketing team with travel media assets such as brochures and promotional flyers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for travel and problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Google Docs suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
• Basic knowledge of Canva (desirable).
