Lead Advisor (Referral & Partnership)

About the role

The Lead Advisor will act as a bridge between StudiesMasters and schools, teachers, parents and community networks. Working on a flexible schedule, the Advisor promotes the company’s online tutoring programmes and generates student referrals that earn commission for each successful enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage with schools, teachers, parents and community groups to introduce StudiesMasters tutoring services.
• Share clear information about programme offerings, exam preparation and personalised learning support.
• Refer students who need academic assistance and follow up to ensure successful enrolment.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships that foster ongoing referrals.
• Track referral activity and report results to the internal team.

Required profile

• Passionate about education and student success.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Well‑connected within school environments, parent networks or community organisations.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Previous experience in education or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
