About the role

Stay Out Help is seeking a dedicated live‑in nanny to join a family in Accra. This full‑time position combines attentive childcare with light support for elderly household members, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and well‑organized home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of children, encouraging learning, play, and development.
• Prepare child‑friendly, nutritious meals and snacks.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks related to the children’s spaces.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children’s needs, progress, and any concerns.
• Provide light assistance to elderly family members, fostering respectful and caring interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum age 22 years and willing to live‑in.
• Strong childcare experience, including babysitting and working with children.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and age‑appropriate activities.
• Ability to prepare simple, healthy meals.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow family routines.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge or willingness to obtain training.
