About the role

We are looking for an energetic Loan Officer to join our team in Accra. The role involves assessing loan applications, supporting clients through the loan process, and ensuring proper monitoring of loan usage. This is an entry‑level position with opportunities for growth within the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Assess loan applications and verify client information.
• Conduct field visits to monitor loan usage and repayment.
• Explain loan terms and repayment schedules to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare management reports.

Required profile

• HND or university degree in any discipline.
• Physically fit and able to handle fieldwork.
• Experience in a financial institution is an advantage.
