About the role
ASA Savings and Loans LTD is expanding its loan officer team across several regions in Ghana. The role involves supporting the company’s mission to serve over 215,000 clients by providing loan services and promoting savings.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for loan products.
- Disburse loans and collect instalments according to schedule.
- Record all transactions in the books of account and relevant software.
- Prepare credit plans for organized client groups.
- Mobilize savings deposits from clients.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- HND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Computer literate.
- Ghanaian nationality.
- Age between 20 and 28 years.
- Team player.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
- Data entry.
